Prints are produced at a professional printing lab using a LightJet printer and are mounted. LightJet prints are widely recognized as being among the highest quality prints while maintaining color, contrast, and sharpness that is true to the original digital image. Aspect Ratios: The majority of my photographs are taken in a 3×2 aspect ratio and thus natively print at sizes such as 4×6, 8×12, etc. If you prefer to have an aspect ratio that will crop some of the photograph, such as an 8×10 print, please understand that a portion of the photograph will be cropped in order to accommodate the size ordered. Also, not all photographs are available in 3×2 aspect ratio due to potential cropping of the digital file, which is usually done for artistic reasons in order to make a more pleasing photograph. If you order one of these photographs, I will inform you of the fact during order confirmation.

Color Matching: It is my intention to produce prints that closely resemble the on-screen version of a photograph. However, it must be noted that the characteristics of prints and monitors are fundamentally different, and therefore a 100% match isn’t always possible.

Shipping: All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Orders within the United States are shipped using Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days. International orders are shipped using Global Priority Mail, which takes 4-6 days. Print orders are usually dispatched within three days. Prints are shipped in the standard, firm cardboard shipping envelope, including a cardboard fill for added strength, and are wrapped in a clear plastic bag.

Pricing: All pricing includes the specified print, unframed and unmatted, along with shipping and handling charges. Sales tax will be assessed for purchases in Utah.

Payment: My preferred method of payment is via PayPal, as it is secure, fast, and they accept all major credit cards. I also will accept personal or cashier’s checks, but will not ship the photograph until after the check has fully cleared.

Copyright: When you purchase a print, I provide you with the actual print and grant you the right to display the print for non-commercial viewing purposes. However, unless specifically authorized, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilize the image in any manner without prior written authorization - you will own the print, not the rights to the original image.
